March Photos....FINALLY.

Where does the time go? Hmmmmmm.
Well, back in January I really did fully plan to update this blog weekly if not monthly. Now, here I am adding March photos in the middle of July! Have I mentioned how much time goes into parenting three kidaloos? By the time Aidan, Sam and Juni are dreaming of sugarplums, Steve and I nearly collapse or simply pass out. It's magical but truly exhausting. I hope to do better updating the blog but will remain content with doing what I can at this point. At least this photo post will get us to April.

Juni is honestly such a fabulously happy little muppet! She is adapting better than we could have hoped and I can't imagine not having her in our lives. She is our daughter through and through and we love her without measure.

As we love our amazing big boy Aidan.

And our incredibly lovely Sam. (Shhhh, he's enjoying a little reading time in the corner of Juni's room.)

Juni also loves books and now demands reading time by thrusting books into our hands and climbing up into our laps. Her favorites at the moment are pretty much anything with animals and the big book of colors. She also loves the Global Baby, Dear Zoo and anything with Elmo and Cookie Monster. Here are a series of images of Juni sharing a wee book with her Daddy.

I can't believe I am looking at pictures with snow in them. (Sigh.)
One of the places we love to go with the kids is down to the park along the river to feed the ducks and geese. Apparently, this was a beautiful spring day, a very rare event this year as it turned out. We brought along the sled and a giant bag of bread.
The kids giggled like fools.

And why should the ducks get all the bread, Mommy?

Hrmmph.

Off to the bridge to see the birds from above.

Why on earth are Steve, Aidan and Sam lying down on the bridge peering through the cracks down to the river, one may rightly ask?

Well, according to Aidan, stuffing bread down the cracks is a great way to feed ducks.

Juni striking a pose in her ridiculously cute coat.

Sam stuffing himself with bread.

On to home.

I once dreamed of pink princess dresses and rows of cute stuffed animals having tea parties.
Reality: welding glasses and drills. Please wish me luck.

I just had to include this photo of Aidan waiting to be picked up by Grampie for a day on the slopes. Could he be more excited?! Our little man is already riding the chair lift and zooming down runs with pizza pie legs and tells me he is faster than Bode Miller. Watch out world!

Random shot of umbrella fun in our kitchen. (Thanks Karen!)

Juni looking out the back window to the endless piles of snow and probably wondering if her new home will ever be warm and sunny. (Oh wait, that's me.)

Random shot of kids playing quietly in the back room. (Notice the drill in Juni's hand?)

 Bikes and Pug Walks

Juni insists on holding the dogs' leashes. No seriously, try and take them away from her.
I do have better shots of this in April or May and will hopefully get them up on the blog before Christmas. Until then, this wobbly shot will have to do.

Our love to you all!
